Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”) carefully before using the www.proidg.com website (the “service”) operated by ProIDG (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the service.
By accessing or using the service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the service.
Registering with ProIDG:
When you share your profile or other professional details with us, you must provide us information which should be accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your candidature and profile on our service.
To register with ProIDG, you must accept all the terms and conditions of this agreement or linked to this agreement. By accepting our terms and conditions, you agree to:
- Abide by this agreement and the processes, procedures, and guidelines described throughout the site and the joining or contract documents.
- Be financially responsible for your use of the site and the purchase or delivery of Writer services.
- Perform your obligations as specified by the following Writer Contract and any other Writer Contract that you accept for ProIDG unless such obligations are prohibited by law or by this agreement. ProIDG reserves the right in its sole discretion to refuse, suspend, or terminate service to anyone for any reason or no reason.
ProIDG’s writer contract:
All writers must be highly skilled and specialized in the field to provide submissions to work with us. When submitting the profile and registering with us, it’s the writer’s responsibility to ensure that their background, expertise, and interests match with the skill set and expertise required for an account.
When a buyer or client of ProIDG reaches out to us or send us the job description, we check with one or more writers registered with us and share the job description with them. The writers should apply for the job if they abide by the following conditions:
- Writer’s should be evaluating themselves against the criteria requested by the buyer, such as style, expertise, domain, technology, tone etc.
- Writer’s should ensure that their background, competence, and past experience with prior jobs are suitable for the applied position with us.
Once a match is performed, the job is offered to a writer(s). Writer(s) can accept or reject the Job for any reason initially when the job is offered to them. If the job is accepted, the buyer and writer engage in connection with the Job.
After accepting a job, it is assumed that the writer(s) agree and oblige to complete the job requirements and deliver it fully, according to the project scope. There shall be no deviation to the timelines agreed upon by the writers unless the buyer and we approve it. Note that after accepting the job, writer(s) are not allowed to withdraw or leave the assigned project or job in between unless a full completion of the tasks required as per the job or project is achieved. In case writer(s) don’t compete the needed work and requirements for the offered job, or don’t deliver the documents within stipulated time, or the writer(s) wish to leave the assigned job in between, ProIDG reserves the right to penalise and take any legal action against such writer(s).
Only under special circumstances, such as writer(s) suffering from a sudden medical emergency or in an unfortunate incident of writer(s) death, we may allow the agreement between us and writer(s) for the offered job to be over partially or fully, according to the circumstances. However, we will require competing for medical documents including doctor’s prescription, hospitalization documents, and laboratory test reports from the writer(s) as a proof in support for the emergency happened. In addition to the mentioned documents, we may ask for any other document in support of the emergency.
Note that the decision to allow the agreement to be over for writer(s) who have already accepted the offered job will be solely based on our discretion, with or without notice, which cannot be challenged by anyone in any court of law.
Termination of service or account:
ProIDG reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our service or contract immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if a writer(s) or client(s) breach the Terms as per this agreement or a contract with us.
Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation in any way or violating any applicable laws or regulations or these Terms would force us to terminate your account immediately.
Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
User’s eligibility and obligations:
ProIDG is intended solely for use by a legal entity or an individual thirteen (13) years of age or older, and any registration by, use of, or access to the site by anyone under the age of 13 is unauthorized, unlicensed, and in violation of these terms of service. By using the site, you represent and warrant that you are 13 or older, and further, that you agree to abide by all the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you are under 18, you affirm that you are either an emancipated minor or possess legal parental or guardian consent to access and use the site. ProIDG may terminate your account, job, and any content or information that You have posted on the site and/or prohibit you from using or accessing the site for any reason, at any time in its sole discretion, with or without notice, including without limitation if it believes that you are under 13.
Content Liability:
By using our service, you agree that ProIDG is acting only as a passive channel for online distribution and publication of the content created by our registered writer(s). Note that whether such content in any form is published or not, ProIDG does not guarantee any confidentiality with respect to any content created by our writer(s).
